Cannes 1902 played a direct role in defending AS Cannes supporters’ ability to travel to Nîmes in April 2026. In an official club statement, AS Cannes said the appeal against the proposed travel restriction was carried with determination by the supporter association and thanked the group for its commitment.
The club later confirmed that Cannes supporters could make the trip in a secured away section, with organised bus travel from Stade Pierre-de-Coubertin.
