Forza 23 is an organised supporter group associated with Elazığspor and the club’s claret-and-white terrace culture.
The group was established in the early 2020s and developed a formal supporter structure with its own association venue and growing membership.
Forza 23 remained clearly active in 2025. In September, the group announced a change in terrace leadership for the new season, appointing Erhan Baburhan as its new tribune leader while reaffirming its organised support for Elazığspor.
