The Türkiye country qualifier is ready to become one of the first major tests of the Global Fan Voice voting format.
Seventeen verified supporter groups are currently prepared for the Türkiye ballot, representing clubs and fan communities from different parts of the country. The opening round will give supporters a simple choice: select the group they believe best represents football passion and atmosphere.
How the Türkiye vote will work
Each voter will choose exactly one supporter group in the Türkiye poll. A Google account can cast only one vote in that country, helping keep the competition easy to understand while reducing repeat voting.
Supporters will still be able to take part in other country polls. A vote in Türkiye does not prevent the same account from voting once in England, Azerbaijan, Brazil or another participating country.
Groups to watch
The current verified Türkiye list includes supporter communities connected with clubs such as Adana Demirspor, Erzurumspor, Fenerbahçe and Gençlerbirliği. Groups including Şimşekler Grubu, Yaşasın Demirspor, Palandöken Kartalları, 1907 ÜNİFEB, Alkaralar and Karakızıl are among the names prepared for the ballot.
The purpose of the opening analysis is not to predict a winner before voting starts. The more interesting question will be which communities mobilise first, which clubs generate the strongest early response and whether smaller supporter groups can challenge better-known names.
What Global Fan Voice will track
Once voting begins, Global Fan Voice will publish regular country-by-country updates. These stories will focus on the leaders, close races, vote shares, notable movements and participation levels without exposing the identity of individual voters.
New analysis will normally be published every two or three days when there is enough meaningful movement to report.
